Working online is easier and more efficient
The most important parts of RunManager 10
are web-based and can be used via your web browser. Since your event data
is saved online on our servers, you can access it anytime and anywhere.
You and your colleagues can work on any event at the same time via the Internet
wherever they are. The usual sending of event files back and forth is not
necessary anymore.
Since event data is available online, our sports portal Your-Sports.com
has access to the latest results and event data at any time. It is neither
necessary to import online-registrations into the software nor to update
or upload lists and results after every correction or modification.
Only during the event you may not have a stable internet connection. That
is why you download your event file before the event and work offline without
the Internet, yet in the same way. Nevertheless, your staff can connect
their laptops to the local network, open their browsers and start entering
registrations without installing any software.
Events are pre-configured and can be
adapted in any way
RunManager 10 combines convenience and flexibility by
providing templates for various types of events that can be adapted in any
way.
To manage a simple running competition with only one finish time, you create
a new event file and set the name, date and contests of the event. If your
event does not have any particularities, you do not need to care about any
other settings. Both the usual ranks (overall, gender and age category)
and numerous reports have been created and configured. Default settings
for certificates, Your-Sports.com and many more have been set automatically.
However, if necessary you can create additional interim
results, define point scores, calculate special ranks or create individual
reports with self-defined columns, layouts and formats. Thanks to this flexibility
RunManager 10 can manage any kind of event. In over 10 years we have not
seen a single event that could not be scored by RunManager 10. Even the
most unusual or "crazy" scores can be realized by simple configuration
